Festive Gift from Incommunities
Housing group in festive gift to Bradford cancer charity
This year Incommunities is giving some early festive cheer to a local cancer charity with a £1,000 donation.
On Friday, 18th November, Incommunities Group Chief Executive Geraldine Howley presented a big cheque to Hayley Collis, Corporate Fundraiser for Cancer Support Bradford & Airedale.
Each year, the Bradford-based housing group makes a festive donation to a different charity instead of sending Christmas cards to customers and partners.
The Cancer Support Bradford & Airedale charity, set up in 1988, provides face to face help and practical support to over 3,500 people per year throughout the district. It relies on the kind support from the local community and businesses.
Geraldine Howley, Incommunities Group Chief Executive said: “We are proud to support the vital role that Cancer Support Bradford & Airedale plays in helping cancer patients, their families and carers.
“As a caring and responsible organisation the charity is a most deserving cause and one which touches the lives of many families and communities in the district.”

Hayley Collis from Cancer Support Bradford & Airedale, said: “Incommunities’ wonderful donation is hugely welcomed.
“The donation will go towards funding our Wellbeing Service which provides face to face individual support. This donation will help provide clients and their loved ones with the right support at the right time for them.
“Thank you everyone at Incommunities!”
