Sarah and Mehgan Weatherley entered the Leeds 10K Run For All to raise funds for Cancer Support Bradford & Airedale a local charity that is supporting their mother Viv Weatherley.

The sisters said "The charity helped our mum during her chemotherapy last year, and will be doing so again this year whilst she's having her next round of treatment. With their help, mum has been incredibly positive and strong about the whole situation".

The sisters crossed the finishing line hand in hand with a very respectable time of 1hour 22 minutes. They also smashed their fundraising target of £250 and have raised £754.45 to date including Gift Aid.
