Our various sources of funding do not meet our revenue costs. A sizable
proportion of this cost has to be raised through fundraising events for
which practical help is always needed.

We would be very pleased to hear from anyone wishing to be involved in
supporting any of the following fundraising activities; raffles/tombolas,
promotions or the organisation of sponsored events, setting up,
fundraising committees etc.

If you are a UK taxpayer, you could
help us to claim an additional 28% from
your sponsorship. If the donor has paid
sufficient tax to cover 28% of their
pledge the Inland Revenue will refund it
to the charity at no extra cost to the
donor (you can get an idea of how
much difference this can make by using
the calculator on this page). All donors
who qualify and wish to support us in
this way should ask for a Gift Aid form
when sending in a donation.
